BAT-II-CNC Drilling and assembly machine for cup hinges and handle drillings for furniture production on commission or for batch production.
The BAT-II-CNC is based on the long-serving and proven BAT-II model, but, like the BAT-IV-CNC, it is fitted with a CNC display control.
The insertion of the fittings and the drilling of the handle holes are carried out simultaneously on the BAT-II-CNC by two or four units in order to achieve a greater output. While the hinges are being inserted a unit, which can be moved electronically in the X or Y axis, is drilling handle holes, buffer drillings or all the drillings required for the lock or vertical bolt lock.
The drilling and pressure insertion units are positioned as desired either with our familiar automatic width adjustment, which uses cams and limit switches and has been tried and tested a thousand times over, or via NC axis with ball roller spindle and three-phase servo motor.
The machine can be re-set to a new drilling pattern in a matter of seconds by entering a multi-digit program number under which all the required measurements are stored in the memory. This effectively cuts out any waste production as a result of incorrectly set units.
